On March 15, 2025, Headway International Ministries (HIM) hosted a strategic and celebratory Dinner Banquet at the Hilton Addis Hotel to commemorate its first anniversary.

A two-day Missional Leadership Conference, featuring seasoned and experienced international and local mission leaders, was held on March 14–15, 2025, titled: "Missional Leadership Conference 2025: Leading Well in Missional Understanding - Healthy Life Rhythms, Healthy Relationships, and Healthy Resolves."

A two-day training session with Trevor Larsen was held on January 8–9, 2025, titled: “Ethnographic Research Towards Movements and Fruit-Oriented Leadership: A Path to More and Better Fruit.”
